Advantages:

Отличное расположение, в центре. Свежий ремонт. Хозяйка разрешила на пару часов отсрочить выезд.

Disadvantages:

Мятое постельное и полотенца, не очень чисто в душевой и полы немного запылились. В квартире прохладно.
